• •

Summer means sunshine, blue skies, warm winds, and vibrant flowers! It's a time to run barefoot through the grass, swim in the river, and build sandcastles. Summer brings us joy and fun, new discoveries, and adventures. This collection of poems will help your children experience the full charm of this wonderful time of year. Happy reading and sunny mood!

Sunny bunny

A sunbeam is jumping along the wall, the floor is now covered in gold. The room is so cheerful, such luck, when someone is sitting in the sun. He peered into the bowl of jam, and lay down on the children's lap. Summer gives us this moment, a radiant bunny, mischievous, like a player!

Berries in the forest

We went into the forest for mushrooms, and found wild strawberries there. Bright red, like a ray of sunshine. They swelled in the sun, filling us with sweet juice. Their taste lingers in our memories, the holy joy of summer. We filled our baskets, and headed home in a crowd. We pampered ourselves with berries, under the blue sky!

Beautiful butterfly

A flower sways in the meadow, a butterfly flutters around. Its wings flicker, spreading joy everywhere. It searches for nectar on the petals, shining all over with the bright sun. And so quietly it twirls, giving us a summer dance.

The river in summer

The river's water sparkles, the sun splashes merrily in it. Fish dive playfully, summer heals the river's heart. We'll build a raft from planks, and sail on it into the distance. The wind will help us, sadness full of happiness. The shore is buried in greenery, and a grasshopper sings there. The river beckons in summer, into a world of wonders and a round dance.

Evening thunderstorm

A dark cloud floats, thunder rumbles. Lightning flashes brightly, summer rain rustles. After the storm, fresh air, and a rainbow over the earth. Summer gives us surprises, in peace and quiet.

A hard-working bee

A bee circles above a flower, collecting sweet honey. She buzzes loudly, Summer brings her delirium. She carries her nectar to the hive, for her children. She works tirelessly, on sunny summer days. And the scent of flowers, reminds her of home. The bee is glad for all the children, and for the summer, that they are together.

Sun and clouds

The sun shines brightly in the sky, Clouds float like dreams. A light wind blows softly, Summer gives us rays. Clouds change shape, Now a boat, now a bear. The sun gives us comfort, And joy in this net.

Strawberries in the garden

The strawberries in the garden are ripe, red and sweet as honey. Mom and I ate them, summer is giving us its year. The aroma is wonderful, the birds are singing merrily. The taste of strawberries is delightful, they bring joy to our hearts.

Summer rain

Summer rain beats on the roof, washing the earth and leaves. Everything around becomes quieter, and brings us coolness. Droplets sparkle in the sun, a rainbow appears in the sky. Summer gives us a window into a magical and pure world.

Anthill

Under the pine tree there's an anthill, a small home for everyone. Work is always in full swing there, the ants know no troubles. They carry twigs and needles, building strong walls. Ants are a big family, always visible to them together. Summer is a time for care, for the ants and for us. Let beauty grow around us, and may the good hour never fade.

Summer evening

The summer evening is quiet and bright, The stars are lit in the sky. The cricket sang to us, And the moon rose from spring. The scent of flowers is everywhere, And the coolness from the river. Summer gives us a moment For dreams and melancholy.

Dandelion

A flower stands in the meadow, yellow as a ray of sunshine. It's a dandelion—a sweet sight, it brings us joy. Blow on it a little, and a parachute will fly away. Light and white, like a crumb, it will float away into the sky, a haven. Summer gives us flowers, and smiles, and warmth. May your dreams come true, and may your soul be filled with light!

A boat on the river

We launched a boat down the river, It floats, rocking on the waves. We play with it in our melancholy, And dream of distant lands. The wind blows into the boat's sail, And carries it forward, towards a dream. Let our ship pass by happiness, And return to us in beauty.

Summer holidays

Summer holidays have arrived, We can run, jump, and play. We can pick wildflowers somewhere, And splash merrily in the river. We'll build a sand fort, And find treasures in the forest. Summer is joy, it's a fairy tale, And good spirits are everywhere!

Beetle on a flower

On a flower sits a bug, green, small, and alive. It buzzes diligently there, as if singing a song. Collecting sweet pollen, it waits for its young. Summer brings brief joy, The bug lives happily on the flower.
